Ikea worker cleared of raping a woman for satisfying her ‘S&M fantasies’

Diego Lioce, 26, told the Old Bailey the lady said she needed to be overwhelmed when they went back to his apartment in Willesden, north London, following a night out.

She said she agreed to go back to his apartment after meeting him at a bar in Soho in June 2015.

Providing evidence at the Old Bailey, Lioce said the alleged victim revealed to him she preferred to be ‘dominated’.

He stated: “She said she liked to be slapped. She was telling me about her last boyfriend. She said he was good on sex but not dominating her and f***ing her as she wanted to.

“I was so excited.”

Lioce included he kissed her and touched her breast on the Tube back to his home, until the point when she instructed him to hold up.

He said when they got to his level they began kissing on the couch until the point that she went to the bathroom.

Lioce conceded he at that point pulled down his pants and strolled into the bathroom unannounced.

He admitted she at that point gave him oral sex readily before they came back to the couch.

Lioce, of High Road, Willesden, northwest London, denied two counts of rape and assault by penetration.

Members of the jury pondered for over a day before finding him not guilty.

Lioce sobbed as judge Paul Dodgson released him from the dock.
