Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al Babtain Company (AABC), the authorized dealer of Nissan vehicles in the State of Kuwait, celebrated the successful partnership of its key customers during the “Nissan 8th Annual Aftersales Award Ceremony”. An exquisite evening, held at the Crown Plaza Hotel, on March 29th, 2017.
The “Nissan 8th Annual Aftersales Award ceremony” was held to recognize and the partnership and support of customers towards the “NISSAN” brand and Al Babtain Group, in their journey to success on Kuwait roads.
The “Nissan 8th Annual Aftersales Award ceremony” was attended by Al Babtain Group Chief Operating Officer – Mohammad Shalaby, Nissan Gulf (NGF) Aftersales Director – David Graves along, with his team, as well as business community leaders from different industries, senior officials, government officers and Nissan vehicle owners. Celebrating the success Nissan loyal customer winners from different categories.

In addition, Nissan Gulf (NGF) Aftersales Director – David Graves, announced that Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al Babtain Company (AABC), for the third year in a row, ranked first in the Customer Satisfaction (CS) Survey amongst the top automotive dealerships in Kuwait.
Awards were presented for different categories, which covered, Best Fleet Customers, Best Nissan Genuine parts wholesale and retail Customers, Best Insurance Companies, and Best independent workshop segment of the market who contributed to the growth and success of the organization.
An important emphasis was made during the Nissan awards night, to spread awareness to all Nissan vehicles owners that there are many fake products now available in the market which are identical in appearance and hard to differentiate, but extremely risky when used due to poor quality and unreliability. Therefore, all vehicle owners should always support the purchase of genuine parts and always ensure that their vehicles are serviced at authorized Service Centers.
Today Nissan Kuwait has the largest Aftersales Service and Parts Network in the State of Kuwait with 9 Service Centers and 12 Parts Outlets. Nissan aftersales took many new initiatives to spread awareness during 2017 through digital marketing, local campaigns and spreading messages through several platforms.
Nissan Al Babtain also celebrated the gold medals received during the Nissan’s regional skills contest that was held in Dubai where Nissan Al Babtain received the Gold Medal for the Nissan Service Technicians Excellence Competency & the Nissan Parts Executives Excellence Competency contest
