A deadline plane crash occurred Tuesday, November 29, outside Medellin, Colombia carrying Brazilian soccer team. The chartered plane, Avro RJ85 left Monday night from Santa Cruz, Bolivia, to Medellin and crashed near Rionegro, Colombia. According to civil aviation officials, Avro RJ85 had 72 passengers and nine crew members on board. At least 75 people were reported dead, and six survived.

On board, there were players, coaches and invited guests from Brazil’s Chapecoense soccer team, along with 20 journalist that were supposed to cover the South American Cup finals on Wednesday . The plane declared an emergency between the municipalities of La Ceja and La Union before it crashed.
