Training drill on the world’s largest cruise ship, Harmony of the seas, left one crew member, a 42 year old Filipino nationality dead. Investigators are looking to see why the lifeboat fell during a training exercise.
The lifeboat fell 10 meters during the exercise, Tuesday, killing one crew member and leaving four injured. The injured crew members are being treated at the hospital.
The world’s largest cruise ship, debuted this weekend at Southampton, England. It has 2,100 crew members and can accommodate 6,780 guests and measure 1,188 feet long.
